PAH, an RJ can be flown in a 172 pattern. Watched an airtran and northwest guy hold a 717 and md80, respectively, in a 172 pattern before. It can be done if you're not a Sally! Haha

They are just a hair over 3 inches in length, probably not even by a 16th of an inch, hope that helps. With the velcro back u could put one atop the other too.
