I know a lot of these guys. None of them are PFT. 60K a year, 2 weeks on, 2 off. All of the guys I know are former King Air part 91 or Caravan freight, 3000+ total on hire. Not saying PFT didn't happen, but the big picture.....less than 24 hours after the accident....apparently your information might be a little second hand.Ya. Thanks for the laugh! However, disregarding the fact that pouring water on a liquid fuel fire is a really bad idea, a bucket of it or a fire extinguisher isn't going to do jack. It would take nothing less than a full CFR response to deal with that.
The vast majority of the population have no training or thought process to deal with or handle the extreme shock associated with witnessing a violent event like that.
