328 skids off runway

Ok I see the dog, but it seemed to be long gone before the plane slid off runway, and will a prop strike really make the prop spinner and hub break away like this one did? Anyone know anything about this accident?

It's possible they aborted when they saw the dog, but lost control during the abort. Aborts can be like a long train wreck at high speeds. It looks like there's water on the runway, too. I know the 328Jets have antiskid. Don't know about the original 328's or whether the crew reacted appropriately during the abort. High speeds are tricky, even with antiskid. And yes, it appears it's possible for the entire prop assembly to come off :eek:
