300/350/1900 Type Rating

This reminds me of when I was hired at Mesa on the 1900. At that point the FAA would let you get a 350 type at the same time on the 1900 checkride, but Mesa wouldn't allow us to do it because they were afraid everyone would flee after getting it. Then of course, Mesa got rid of all the 1900s while I was in IOE.

Not as blatant as only paying for SIC-only rating to keep FO’s in the seat.
