2014: How much did you work?

There are a few flights on the schedule but it looks like 360 hours, 218 flights, and one type rating. I'm not 121, so no credit:block.

640 block after the 4-day I start tomorrow. Plus I spent about a month-and-a-half in training. 3 vacations, no sick calls.

I got inspired by this thread to calculate how much I worked... which I usually just track via the FLiCA report that comes out in February.

I have Blocked: 808.06 so far, with 15.42 scheduled till the ball drops, for a total of 823.48 for the year.

For that time I was paid:

1095.53 - @ Straight Time
217.35 - @ Premium
89.77 - @ Junior Assignment/Manning

Which under our model would be: 1239.51- @ "Straight Time Pay Hours"

I also worked too much. And the kind of schedule I flew is unsustainable in the long run, especially under Part 117. With everything I did, I'll still make more as a commuter to JFK in the left seat of the E190 at min guarantee. (75 x 12 = 900 Hours)

Another "Fun Fact" - I had more withheld from my salary this year than the combined total of my 1st years at BOTH Mesa and Skyway.

....Just another attempt to prove the validity of the Pilot Pay Shortage.

I had more withheld from my paycheck this month than I did the other 11 at a regional.
