2008 Hiring numbers have been met - looking for insight

I dont think they have a ton slots open. I think they hired too many people for certain facilitys and not enough for others. So they are probably just evening it out.

This is what happens when attrition actuals are not in line with what you project. It always happens and you have to start tweaking it here and there and hope it all works out.

When you're dealing with hiring large numbers of people across many 'offices' you will never be exact staffed unless you say "Okay, we planned on 2 people retiring and 1 person quitting and 1 person getting fired this week, so make sure it happens!" which will never be the case.
