150 Emergency Landing in Peachtree City (FFC)

17 year old girl put a 150 down on a golf course just off the departure end of rwy 31 this evening around 1930 or so. I had just taken off about 10 min prior. I've heard her around the area the past couple of weeks with an instructor but looks like she was on a solo. Sounds like some kind of engine failure/malfunction. She did a great job of getting it down safely. Kudos to her and her instructor.

Kinda curious how she did that. I'm guessing she landed on the fairway and kicked it hard over to the left when she saw that culvert coming at her.

Don't these usually start with us praising the great emergency landing, and end with a prelim showing empty tanks or something?

I think the pats on the back wouldn't come as quickly if her name was Punjab, she looked like Gully, and she'd be in the right seat of an A320 in two weeks.
