141 Chief Instructor

Over the past year I been writing and rewriting 141 Training Course Outline and safety procedures, The feds approved it and I just took my 141 ride and officially the Chief Instructor now (over 5 instructors). A local college has approved our course as well and will now supply us with more students then we can probably handle. I'm excited and looking forward to more responsibility.

POI recommended that I apply for my DPE since their is a need in my area. Another challenge ahead of me.
