In a King Air, Part 91, if the co pilot side oxygen mask is not in the aircraft, can anyone occupy that seat, and if so, what are the limitations?

Looking through the MEL for a C90 I cant find Crew Oxygen in there at all...strange. All I can see if Passenger Oxygen requirements.

Ill keep digging.

The limitation is the altitude you're going to fly.

If you're operating at an altitude that requires it to "be available" then no one may occupy that seat.

Not exactly true. Masks aren't solely for altitude, they are also for smoke/fumes.

91.211

(b) Pressurized cabin aircraft.
(1) No person may operate a civil aircraft of U.S. registry with a pressurized cabin--
(i) At flight altitudes above flight level 250 unless at least a 10-minute supply of supplemental oxygen, in addition to any oxygen required to satisfy paragraph (a) of this section, is available for each occupant of the aircraft for use in the event that a descent is necessitated by loss of cabin
pressurization; and
 
Thanks Miller, just found that myself...

So am I looking at this correctly? The seat can be occupied, without a mask up to FL240?

Let me try this again:
Addressing the OP - If you're in this particular plane, the requirement to have it available and/or to wear it depends on your altitude.
