I don't think its a matter of how fast YOU get it done, but rather how quickly the FAA tells you the when and where you can get everything done. If they'd just send you a packet of information saying you can get a medical done here, your psych eval here, here's your interview date, etc., it probably wouldn't take very long at all. But they seem to like to do the one step at a time process, which just results in more wasted time while someone processes the paperwork from your medical in the same stack with everyone else, before sending you the information you need for the psych eval, and so-on and so-forth.

I had to go through a physical, drug test, security check out for a job once and had it all done in two days. It boggles the mind how they manage to take such a simple process and completely screw it up.

I've been trying to follow all of these topics on the PUBNAT2 announcement throughout this website, stuckmic, atcmonitor etc.
Did anyone confirm that the group meeting in OKC for the enroute people is going to be at the end of September?
Did they end up meeting at the same time with the terminal people?
Sorry if I missed something, I've been trying to follow as best I can.

As far as i know there has been no confrimation, only speculation.
 
I don't want to push my luck asking to many questions, so all I know is that my contact's boss was at the hiring panels, and i was emailed today, letting me know that my name wasn't on the list. I don't know if it is a master list, or just the list for that state.

Was it an "official" email from the FAA or from your contact/contact's boss?
