azithromycin (z-pack)

is this approved for flight? The doc i went to yesterday said take some Zyrtec and Verimist to see if it clears up my sinus issues (but it isn't, and i found out today Zyrtec isn't approved, even though it doesn't make me drowsy, anyway....) So he also gave me a prescription for a z-pack. i have used them before, just not when i also have to fly. am i going to be ok, or grounded for 10 days?

Z-pak is OK. The issue is how bad are the sinuses? Are you too sick to fly safely?

i flew on Tues, and Weds. both days i was ok with no major pain/pressure (no more than what i have on the ground) I canceled every flight i had for a week up until Tues though because it was worse.

trying to avoid the z-pack in case i really don't need it (so i don't build up an immunity to it) but not sure what else i can take for an OTC that will get the job done. mucus is really really yellow
