If they'd be willing to over look my lack of 1000 hours total (I'm around 600) but give me some credit for having more than 100 multi (I have 400) I'd be very interested in this operation.

When I was in the caribbean I was told by the MAC pilots that FedEx requires MAC's SIC's to have 1000tt... insurance I would guess. I suppose they can do that when they own a lot of the airframes MAC operates.
You could submit regardless though.... good luck!

From the top of my head :

ATR : Mem, Ind, Cha, Cwa, Msn, Dhn, Mia, Ilm, Ewn, Myr, Sgf, This is where A/C are base. You can add RDU / GSO for floater pilots.

For the C208 : Sju, Fll, Vrb, Tlh, Gso, Ind, and many more than I do not know ( some in WV, Ewr, Bmi,....).

I will not rely on the route map from there website, probably haven't been updated in a long time.

Hope this help. :hiya:

Don't forget BQN and SJU!

BElliott,

SJU : C208 only for the moment, the guys down there have been dreaming to get ATR.

BQN : there is a F27, was told until march next year after that will be replace, may be an ATR may be not ( since ATR can not carry container ) will see...

:laff:

When I was based out of BQN there was also a MAC C208 based in BQN that went to PLS.... that may have changed as of now but I would kinda doubt it.
F27's in BQN never carried containers.... although there has been some scuttlebutt about them coming down to replace the rest of CPT, Tahoma, and Skyway.

BElliott,

You are correct I forgot about it, there is a C208 out of BQN.

Concerning the F27, I used an improper word. It is not loaded with container but with palettes, and that is the issue with the ATR ( unable ).

Do you work for MAC ?

Skysign :nana2:

Wheelsup,

The F27 will be gone in march 2009 ( that is the word...for now ).
As for ATR captain, I don't believe that they are hiring street captain, a lot of upgrade since january.

Give them a call you never know.

Skysign, :buck:

In BQN the F27 was hand loaded.... either they didn't have enough cargo to justify pallets or they just didn't use them... I can't imagine they would need them for the short hop to the DR...
No I don't work for them.... wish I did..... just have a lot of friends that work for them in PR.
