Mesa Air says to fight Delta plan to quit contract

Word on the street is, their lawyers were able to get an injunction to the courts. They'll keep flying until this whole mess is sorted out.

I sincerely feel for all the guys at Mesa, whether they knew what they were getting in to and rolled the dice or were simply ignorant of the industry. That said, there's a competing warm feeling in my belly watching the wolves circle Jonny O. It's been a long time coming and I hope the *#(&$ circles the toilet a few times before getting flushed.

And they'll probably still wind up getting the axe while paying the lawyers more than they're worth.

BTW, the avatar is cracking me up.

"Who's da masta?"
"Sho' Nuff!"

Please spend all our money on the lawyers - Mesa seems to be suing everybody these days. The latest target for the sue happy corporation - Big Sky.

I've only heard this in the crew room in Kennedy, any real evidence of that being true?

A friend of mine who works at Freedom(FO), explained to me what was going on. I've got friends in high and low places;). He did say everyone is handing out their resume and filling out applications. Very low morale on top of the previous low morale.
