All this talk about degrees and college educations got me wondering...
Does anyone know of a college or university program that has a strong meteorology department? Especially if it was one that allowed a degreed focus in aviation meteorology?
Just curious lately - I could see that as being a) a useful-to-aviation-non-aviation-degree b) somewhat interesting to study c) offer some other non-aviation opportunities as well.
I'm at a point in my life where I have a clearly defined skillset and career path, and don't necessarily need a specific degree in anything other than what I'm interested in. Astronomy, Literature and Creative Writing are also possible choices....
