Interviews in about one month, now what?

So,
With airline interviews coming up in about one month, I am just wondering what you guys do in that time period. Specifically, I am wondering whether or not you guys go all out and study study study? or just sit down and study couple of hours a day with increased study time as that day approaches?

Any recommendations?
 
I really try to plan ahead, but it comes down to last couple of days and then, cram, cram, cram!!:D:D
 
The strategy that works best for me when I have time to prepare to is study a little each day, but each day review everything I've studied in previous days.

That way the stuff you studied on day 1 you've studied multiple times, and the stuff you studied the last few days is still fresh.

And of course aviationinterviews.com is a great resource.
 
What I did was take the aviationinterviews.com gouges then go through them to make a question bank. Then, I took those questions and took out the duplicates and sorted them into HR, Technical, Airplane specific and so forth. Then I took the time to answer the questions and printed out the material. Then I would study the thing a little bit everyday. Also, don't forget to go over your regs and Jepps.
