Can anyone guess where my trip this weekend is going!

48-hour layover and Kristie's brave enough to join!

I'm thinking somewhere in the jungle. You mentioned the Africa trip, so that's my guess.

gotta love that REI Jungle Juice, its the strongest one we sell. When did you stop in? I have a part time job there mannin' the registers.

I'm still partial to the military bug juice (even though it smells like nothing else on this earth!) REI's is a good second. Africa! I've been to Tunisia, Egypt, Dijibouti, and the Congo. Loved the Congo.....not!:panic:

Well, that looks like the railing on our deck so I'll say Virginia!

Or you're going to see any SEC football game this weekend...

Is that one on the right called "The Juice"? Is that like "The Cream" and "The Clear"?

I bet Barry B. would be all over that:

"Hey, they said it was mosquito repellent, I don't know why it made my head so friggin' huge..."

As far as I know there is only 1 flight from JFK to Africa so I'm guessing you are going to Accra. I'm thinking you are going to need all 98.11% of that DEET.

Have fun.

Looking at all that deet - I'd say the dermatologist's office!

Here are a couple more options for you, Doug. This stuff works great on our cat. One for each of you - just one application for a whole month! And the second in case you forget to take anything.

I'll drop them from overtop of your house this afternoon. :D

I was at the Paradise Valley REI on tuesday. Do you work at the one in Tempe or PV?

"The correct answer is, "Accra... Accra..."

"Alex, I'll take World History for $500"

Accra is not a bad place compared to some parts of Africa. Little modernaized and civilized. Dakar is also another good place if you ever get the chance to fly there. One thing is for sure- malaria is still there and will always be in Africa. Perhaps cover youself with long sleeves in the evenings and make sure there are no mosquitos in your room before going to sleep. Some hotel have those hanging mosquito covers, which is nice.

But every time i think of Africa, i am always reminded how blessed we are to be in America. Poverty is like cancer in Africa. sad- to say the least!
