Oh yeah! :) I haven't been told that I eat babies or hate (insert airline here) for days! :)
 
Well, according to Taiwan's newsper, the aviation authority thinks it might be a plyon issue. However, I don't know anything about 737, but can read Taiwan's newspaper. :p

The fuel boost pump issue you're referring to has been addressed by special procedures until the faulty boost pumps can be replaced. Don't believe everything you hear on TV. Remember, reporters aren't pilots OR aeronautical engineers. The filter they view news like this is called IGNORANCE.

For some reason I thought the AD was out for the electronic fuel totalizer sensor in the fuel tanks and not a boost pump??

Also, The guy on TV turned out to be an NTSB accident investigator saying that the 737 is due for another meltdown...
