Roundtable Sessions

If you need someone to talk about 135 freight, I'd be willing to help out. I also know something about what to expect in training and a few other things, just let me know if I can do something.

The classroom at Allegiant was quite large, it should be able to hold 30, the classroom is used for pilots & Flight Attendants, the Flight Attendant classes can be anymore from 15-30.

ComplexHiAv8r & Seggy were in the room last year, I am sure that they will remember.

In front of classroom there is a large projector type board, along with a podium....

If it is better to hold the round-table sessions in the Exec room, it will not hurt my feelings, just trying to help out the team......
nah, that room sounds awesome! if it's anything like the teaching room at alteon, then go for it! you'll have more opportunities to show a slide show and/or do whatever the guys need!!

How about the benefits of ALPA.

I can ask ALPA National and the ExpressJet MEC if they would like to do a presentation on ALPA and how we can use it as a service and protection for our careers?

With the number of ideas for discussions, do you think a 30min talk/10-15 min questions be better? That way we could get more data discussed.

Ideas?

If I may make a suggestion...

What if Max did a basic fashion and color matching roundtable session? I feel forever indebted to him for not having to set Mark's outfits out on a daily basis. He owes it all to Max.

Plan on that taking up the entire roundtable session.:p

Lesson #1 - Question 1:

You are at Dinner in the MGM Grand and you spill a drop of water on your shirt. What do you do?

a - not worry about it.
b - dab it off with a napkin
c - ditch your dinner guests and go back to the hotel to iron a new shirt and then meet up later.

What do they say about multiple choice tests?

:rotfl: :laff:

Word. Having Ryan, me or Ed G. talk about this stuff might be invaluable. Having the perspective of being a trainer in a large training department is MUCH different from that of the trainee.

that's actually a good idea.. we'd need a pilot to buddy up with him tho and make it a class of "how to NOT look like a pilot during a layover" :nana2:

Okie... So we've got CRM (Matt), Union (Mark) and 121/135 "professional" training (John or somebody). Can we come up with a 4th and I think that might do it?

My girlfriend wants Max to hold a fashion roundtable.

Because I am bigger than everyone combined what my girlfriend wants is what we get.

:)

Please tell me you guys aren't sitting across the room from each other posting like this.:)

Yeah, some sort of interview thing would be good Tracy.
