Just wondering what PSA's insurance minimum times for upgrade to captain is?
And also, how much time in type / time with PSA?

lol - That's what I figured man. Just wanted to know.
So what's the story there though? CMEL w/ IA, no minimum time requirements. . .I really don't know what to say.
They also stated in the one forum they arent changing their training . . .
There's a thread here somewhere. They just lowered the mins to get more of an applicant pool. Not that the low time guys with 300 hours are actually getting looked at too deeply. They also stated in the one forum they arent changing their training so you best be ready as if you were a 1000-2000TT pilot and there to be a professional not continue the training. But to make a long story short I think ACP has upgrade as most junior somewhere in Feb 2002? Check it yourself but I thought that was right.... 4 some years until upgrade?
Not really related to insurance mins, but pertaining to PSA...
We are SO short right now it is actually sort of funny. Not for the hundreds of passengers that are getting stranded, but for the crews who for the last 10 months have been warning management that this is going to happen.
Over the last few days we have been canceling about 35 flights a day. I picked up a plane in CLT yesterday at 1pm. It was an originator, meaning it hadn't flown yet today, flew it to SDF and back and then it terminated, meaning it was done flying for the day. Talk about a sweet out and back day for the airplane.
