DC9 Skydiving Jet

Darn, I was wanting to see him race the skydivers back down like they do in the single engines....:rawk:



That looked like it would be fun to do.
 
Just taking a total guess at the per-hour operating cost of a DC-9, plus markup ... that's about $20,000 an hour. For 80 people, that works out to $250 per head. Is that even close to the cost for jumping out of a Cessna?

Hmmm, I might take it a bit personally if I was a DC9 pilot and every single one of my passengers was wearing a 'chute....
 
I've flown in to that airport a few times to watch my instructor make some jumps out of the twin otter. Those were some good times.
 
lol, i've never seen happier passengers! very cool indeed!

At least you dont have to worry about your passengers complaining how hard the landing was.
