Well said! I could have upgraded in MKE early, but passed for many reasons. One of them being gaining more and more experience. I flew with the #1 RJ Captain in DEN the other week and that trip was a fun & great learning experience.
 
Even if you're in the next newhire class, I doubt upgrade would happen for you in under a year. 500-600 pilots were hired in 2006 alone, but you never know.

Not in the next class but looking at my options right now. I do have a buddy in class now for the RJ
