I am diggin this airplane.

It's been to KMWH a few times when I've been flying around. It's surprising how similar it looks to the caravan.
 
Thats what you get when you take a Caravan and shrink it. That has only a 45ft Wing Span and can takeoff in 250 feet loaded. I LIKE IT!!!!
 
Flying had an article about this about a year ago...the specs are amazing. The load that puppy can carry is unreal.
 
Yes, the Kodiak is a sweet ride. I saw it up close at Oshkosh last year.

I thought Quest's fundraising for the Kodiak's development was pretty odd (why bother with serious investors who expect returns on their money, when you can get millions of dollars donated in the name of God?), but otherwise it seems like a cool company with a solid design.

I believe it was co-designed by a missionary or missionary pilot. It just so happens that the mission work that they do and the flying involved, work out to be pretty sweet specs for the rest of the world.
