Colgan Upgrade Class Schedule

Confirmed from a good friend in MNZ:
Don't know the exact figures in terms of which seniority numbers are upgrading but tentavely looking at:

February 4 Transitions
March 10 FO Upgrades and 2 Transitions
April 12 FO Upgrades
No more Beech Transitions Scheduled until July/August, :nana2:
Management should be issuing another memo in the near future.

Ahh why do you have the Nana by the no more Beech transitions?

And do you still think you will be one of these classes?
 
Not being at Colgan or a Regional - I'm a little confused of what the heck is going on between Seggy and ColganFO.:confused:
 
i think seggy is calling colganfo a bu***hit artist. i think also that seggy shows allegence to the beech and does not like it when people make fun of it. thats my read. then again i could be all wrong.
 
Ahh No, the :nana2: had nothing to do with the beech transitions I meant to place in reference to the large amount of upgrade applicants.
In terms of my upgrade not really sure when it's gonna be, but after the interview I was told to expect a March or April class. Seeing as to their are so many of you that are still ahead of me I'm sure it'll be the April class.

Didn't mean to offend anyone in the beech sorry if my statements were takin as such.

I really think there's just confusion between colganFO and segs.

You had the upgrade interview? If so when?

If so there are guys ON THIS BOARD, and IN MY CRASHPAD who are WAY more senior to you AND meet the times and haven't been called for an interview.
 
ColganFO will you please use your cass privledges and come to the meet and greet next week in socal. i would like to meet you and ask questions about colgan. in a couple of years i would like to drop and application to one of the last turboprop carriers.

In my mind, unless he proves me wrong, he is jumping the line and doesn't care.

What he doesn't understand is that there are guys WAAAAAY more senior to him that I am close friends with who are struggling to put food on the table while this jacka$$ is happily posting here on how he is upgrading in two months.

No I didn't think I was jumping in line ahead of people, but I was told that since applicants above have not met the required time and expierence, that I could expect an earlier upgrade for one of two reasons:
A:) I was not based anywhere as an FO, so it costs more to have me on TDY all over the place. Once the FO roster is built up after the next two newhire classes, they would need to put me somewhere. So timeline-wise it worked out.
B:) They would not be able to fill the next upgrade classes with the forecast numbers since the FO's ahead of me didn't not meet the hour requirments or for one reason or another were not ready to upgrade.

Yes, your two reasons are complete BS.

And your numbers are wrong as well, from the info I have.
 
Guys relax why is everyone jumping on me, you all know how Colgan is.
You get the time, get the interview, get the call, then upgrade.
All I got was the time and the interview.
Maybe they just didn't get a chance to call you guys yet or all the people you know who are more senior than me.
We all work at the same company guys, I was just looking to share some info.

Sorry how are people going to 'RELAX' when they made 28,000 in a year and a half with the company living in the Northeast having two apartments.

There are guys who DO meet the requirements who ARE senior to you and HAVE NOT been called for the interview. Like fifty.

What date did your class start? I never really heard of an FO who was a 'floater' like you said. Is this something new they are doing? I find it ironic that you have no base. We have not been THAT short this whole time you have been at Colgan.
 
Particularly since I was hired a couple of months before ColganFO and have met the "upgrade mins" for over half a year and have yet to get any phone calls or be placed on any upgrade interview date lists.

This thread should be in the pro pilot section and not the general section. Any mods care to move it?

Mark, is this guy real or a troll? Do you know him or have you heard of him, do you know his seniourity number?

Obviously don't post his seniority number. But just wondering if in he really works for Colgan!
