Is Jtrain a 'freight dawg'???????

VFR yeah. I've got a 135 VFR PIC check and a 135 IFR SIC check.

And on part 91 legs I can be assigned as the PIC, including flying by myself.

So basically you're saying that you can't fly by yourself in the clouds yet on actual revenue runs :)

That's cool though, how much longer till you get the mins?
 
Yeah, it's a bunch of FAA BS, 135.243 and all ya know.

I'm sitting at 754 hours this morning. It'll probably take me another 9 months to get that last 450.

Did you need strong internal recommendations to get the job?

I didn't think Amflight hired training captains that far from IFR 135 mins.

So you think that 135 mins should be lower? Also, I thought you were getting time faster then that....9 months....you could be a father in that time! The water around JC seems to be doing that alot lately.

We've been doing this program for years and haven't had a problem with it at all.
