Coming from a part 141 or 142 program if you get it done with min hours you're below 200.

yeah but then how can you be inhouse and get hired with just 200 hours if this job posting wasnt avaliable?

I make $18/hr building decks. Straight pay, none of this block time bs.... long story short... I make more doing that on my days off than I do at my "full time" regional job....
Wheelsup.... in 6.5 months.... I too will be a member of the 2nd year pay club. Which just made me realize that 1st year pay isn't even half over. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
That's actually incorrect. That pay rate you mentioned was for extremely low time (link the ink is still wet on your temporary Com cert) pilot in the right seat of a Caravan. Usually those jobs went to guys who worked the ramp for a while. They were able to convince their insurance carrier that they didn't need SIC's in the Van so they dropped the program.
That info is directly from the Chief Pilot's mouth.
Last I heard my old instructor was flying right seat in the Saab for them but it's been a while since I talked to him. He is on these boards however.....
Edit: Ok, maybe they brought the program back. My info is a little dated (mid '05). I'll have to call some folks......
