crew rate hotels?

Anyone know of any chain hotels that offer employee rates? THe HUB for US Airways employees only lists 2. I'm taking a trip out to Los Angeles next month, and i'm not looking to spend a fortune. If you know of any specific hotels in the area that offer crew rates, feel free to pm me with the details. THanks
 
Well you will find that most(if not all) chain hotels are franchised operations so it's really up to the local owner/operator. In DTW for example pretty much all of the 'lower end' chains offered crew rates of $35 a night - one of them was a Quality Inn - I stayed at a QI in another city and they did have a crew rate but it was $65 (still a decent discount from their normal rate). So yeah most hotel chains do but it's not always the same rate and you probably won't be able to call the national res number to find out - you'll end up having to call each individual hotel and ask them.
