Flying in Africa

Okay guys, this is on a somewhat serious subject.

Is anyone aware of any aid foundations that hire American pilots to fly in Africa?

It's pretty much just a thought in my head, perhaps for a month, or a couple months (however long the wife let's me leave her) after I get some dual given time and ME time, to venture over to Africa and fly over there and help out wherever needed. Plus the scenery can be very beautiful, I think it'd be a great experience.

Anyone?

A guy a know was hired by Qantas back in the early 70s as a S/O on the old 707s. Qantas had a bad year with profits and basically got rid of their S/Os. A lot went to Cathay, but this guy went to Zambian airways! He said he had never seen so much corruption. After flying with Zambian for a while Qantas eventually took him back. He's now senior 744 check captain. It's amazing to hear some of the stories of pilots and how they got were they are.
