In reference to Hooties last statement. It's true, you don't need to have 121 turbine (over qualified) time to get picked up at Colgan. BUT YOU DO NEED TO BE QUALIFIED. Don't skimp on the multi.....you do need it. Ignorance is bliss for those that don't know.![]()
I was just refering to my own personal experience of applying to Colgan with 900-1000tt and 50-60 multi and getting called for an interview like four days later. I never planned on going to Colgan, so I don't even know why I applied....CFI boredom I guess.

Yep, if you don't want to be there...chances are you won't make it through the interview. Many apply, few are accepted (unless they're hurting for bodies...then, have pulse, will fly)...that was a joke BTW...sorta. They know most people have SJS and the interviewers see right through the BS people give 'em regarding their reasons for wanting a job w/ Colgan.
