Anyone here fly into Smyrna,TN

Anyone here haul freight into Smyrna? Just wondering might have talked to someone here on the radio that flew in tonight around 8pm. It was an Ameristar Falcon 20. Just curious.
 
Lol god yall never go away. J/K Too many of my buddies work down there with you. Although I guess I have spared everyone in the area because when school started my flying was pretty much cut in half. Safer skies for all lol
 
Although there was a funny day when I was in the pattern and Garcia busted Smyrna's airspace because he was trying to figure out a new entry into Murfreesboro. I mean Honestly why did yall need to be that far out to get back in the freaking pattern (I'm talking about back then yall seem to be alot better about it now that Mosey has taken over).
 
When I started at MTSU, my CFI would all but frisk me to make sure I didn't take a GPS up with me. When Garcia took over, he had people using them on the ground and in the pattern.

Silly. Dangerous.
 
So since I live 7 minutes from the Smyrna airport, when are we all going flying? I haven't been in a GA plane since '01.

Now now, this was reviewed many times over many beers.... geez! From what I had gathered on the ameristar stuff it was parts for nissan, some were hazmat kinda things they couldnt truck, others were time critical for whatever reasons.
 
HAHA Kenny is alive, and he has time to post. Shouldn't you be studying? Yeah, I think we did talk about the Garcia thing over a few beers before.

Bog, we might be able to work something out sometime. Just PM me if you ever want to go up sometime. Who knows. 7 Minutes from Smyrna, I guess I should watch myself because I wouldn't want to make you made because you might pay me a visit at work. Never realized or took notice that you were from around Nashville.
 
I'll keep it in mind. I've been meaning to get checked-out for the last year-and-a-half (just ask Lloyd) but never have. One of these days I'll do it. :)
 
Sounds good, just come on out sometime and we can get you checked out. Should be no problem at all.
