Wanted to see if anyone knew where to find some current comparrisons of payscales for dispatchers. I kow will dispatch for food used to have them but that site has since gone the way of the buffalo.

Can't speak for the other airlines, but ExpressJet pay would start right now at 14.35/hr. and goes up roughly $1.20/hr per year. Great atmosphere here, benefits are great, still don't know anything about the 69 airplanes. We expect to hear something soon, though.

Most of the regionals start at 12 HR and top out at 17/18/19 HR? Most majors start out between 35-40K and top out at 75-80K.
jetBlue for example was:
50K Start and 77K Top out - Latest contract. But you need about 2 to 3 years 121 exp before they will hire you.
