Flight Sim GPS DME issue

Does anyone know how to get the GNS 530 GPS to show the tenth place of DME distances? It only shows "3 mi, 2 mi, 1 mi" etc when your sequencing to other waypoints... not 3.9, 3.8, 3.7, etc. I bought a GPS 430 for MS Flight Sim online, but it doesnt resolve the issue.

Its a minor issue, but would greatly help in expecting when to turn 90 degrees for the next segment in practicing GPS approaches.

Just remember that DME distance is stright line and GPS is ground distance.

Yeah, well GPS can be used for DME so that doesnt matter.

The 430 should automaticly do this when you activate the approach and it unsuspends. It should read tenths and hundreths...must be a software issue.

In real life, the 430 and 530 DOES give you DME in 1/10ths, but it is an issue with the GNS 530/430 simulator within MS Flight Sim. Other than that, it works just like in real life.

The other gripe I have is in real life the GNS 430/530 goes into approach mode 2 nm from the FAF and reduces the CDI scale of full deflection to 0.3 nm. .................the MS Flight Sim version of the same GPS never goes into approach mode.
