Envoy July 2025

I would caution anyone from going to Envoy anymore. They are openly antagonistic to their dispatchers, are fighting any kind of pay raise, even though crew scheduling makes more, and now they are preventing qualified candidates from moving on to AA even when they are overstaffed. They're shooting themselves in the foot and acting like they're brilliant business people. They're no longer worth the low pay. I'd avoid them at all costs.

I didn't think they would ever stoop so low as to prevent people from a better life...but I was wrong...

Did they call you or did you receive an email?
Email.

I am debating it. However, after 21 years on the ramp, I need to get out and work on my next career path.

Are they not following that article on the cba that allows them to interview for AA?

I will agree Envoy is very open about hating their dispatchers, however in my personal opinion I do not believe they hold back qualified candidates from AA. 6 were hired from Envoy this go around and unlike some years, they were a good bunch,

Interviewed Thursday and received TBNT... brutal. Competition is high, college grads, airline pivots, career switchers, etc.
