Interesting, IWA is only doing transient aircraft below 12,500. They probably didn’t want to mess with the two or three large schools there. IWA makes more money than FFZ, but has much higher overall costs I’m sure. Being that it’s the other Mesa airport, though not run by the City like FFZ is, probably had to apply some kind of landing fee, to make things look balanced and not targeted, such that the FFZ one appears to be.
