A320 grounding

There was an old TWA Navigator that used to be on Connie's that was going to teach a couple of us celestial navigation but he went on Hospice the week after we first got together.

I once worked a KC-135 practicing celestial navigation. It was pretty impressive, he was maybe 2 miles off centerline on the victor route and hit the turns perfectly

Well for the first time in forever it's a good thing I'll be in the back of a 737 today.

Shhh you’re ruining this for the news outlets. The Airbus (which one) is grounded and holiday travel back home is going to be a nightmare this weekend.

Ha! I’m costing Merka ad revenue! :)

Side note; did someone complain about being called a student at some point?

Probably the same person who harkened the concept of ‘gesture shaming’! :)

What the frick is ‘gesture shaming’?

Well, apparently someone reached for the flap handle before it was ‘commanded’ and someone got triggered.

I’m not sure if it’s urban legend or not, but it’s been an ongoing joke.

Raise flaps in the flare? Think it's like kink shaming but of course we don't do that on JC.
