They didnt even tell us
But there is no job posting for a Dispatcher (there is one for Crew Scheduler and mx control though). Makes me wonder if it is actually to recruit people (no cert.) for their in-house dispatch academy as opposed to an actual job. I know, it says conditional offers will be made but it doesn't say to which job...

We just lost over 20 people to United. Still have over 100 dispatchers but we'll need more with all the planes. I just talked with the Dispatch Training Manager and he said they will be looking for people with their certificate already but couldnt say how many
