Does anyone know anything about their flight department? I keep seeing their job posting. Is that at red flag?

If they’re the “luxury” apartment biz, their yelp 1.5 star review is one flag. Their Glassdoor and Indeed is 4.5 stars due to compensation. However, it seems their cons are due to slave driving and no work life balance.

Before I looked them up I couldn’t help but think of (just based on the name alone) 3 trust fund bros, sporting salmon red shorts, dress shoes no socks, and white alligator shirts. My daddy’s a lawyer, type. Funny I was kinda right.

Are you local to Ohio? Maybe that’s the problem, unable to attract talent to live in the area.

I applied in feb 25, interviewed, was rejected shortly afterwards. Offering130k to pic 3 types, chief pilot was terminated late 24, doing daily trips to atl and such in the prop, jets hardly moves, job posting has been running non stop for a yr.

Thanks for posting. That doesn't sound great. That's pretty low pay for 3 types.

That's SIC pay for the types listed. I make mid/upper 200s as a supermid PIC and that's fairly standard at this point.

I interviewed with Conner Group 2 or 3 years ago. I was unimpressed with what I heard at that time. Position seems like a revolving door with how often they post.

Thanks for the info.

Ohio has the flavor of a water chestnut
It’s not too crazy and it’s not the best but
We’re not setting forest fires just out of boredom
I’d rather see a movie if in fact I can afford one

They always say in Canton
You cant en-
joy yourself
Well there’s truth to that
But may I add
It’s not half bad
And never less than that
