Horizon Air

Damn it, I hope i get something soon. No progress on my application other than they are reviewing it and that was late Friday evening. Idk if that's a good thing or not.

I say thats a good thing, they just might be still looking at all the applications. I am sure they get 100s of them so it’s a-lot for the team to go thru.

I keep telling myself that but anytime someone says they've heard back, i get a feeling of dread (i am happy for those who are moving forward). Just the wait is killing me 😭

I applied at Horizon 3 times not including this one and I got the TBNT wasn't even considered, after the 4th application I am finally going through the process on this one. I am happy I am at least making improvements even if I dont get it. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t hear back rather be motivated it will come soon.

Do you recall how soon those TBNTS came in? Also, with each TBNTs I've got, I get more motivated each time to show them that I am a worthy candidate. Also for the phone call- what did that entail? Was it an HR screening call or was it information on the in person interview?

HR screening with a few questions about why you want to work there and then mostly information about the department, schedule, and what the interview process will be like. If you have questions they answer those as well. At the end I was offered in person interview and they set up that as well.

HR person was kind and helpful

Not sure off the top of my head about the TBNT. The Call was going over Resume, About the Company, Schedule, Pay, What to expect during training if hired, And Setting up In Person Interview.
