Please let me be the first to disabuse you of the notion that anything on JetCareers resembles the "rest of the industry"...

Granted...dude was a little too harsh...but maybe asking things in the form of a question might hsve been the way to go.

But what do I know? I'm just a guy who has made similar mistakes and had to learn from the same way.

I thought by saying my little understanding of the TA covered the fact that I was looking for someone at delta to help us out with it.
I agree he was harsh for no good reason and will refrain from posting in the future

What perspective are you getting by leading people with info while not knowing what you're talking about? It's misinformation. And it does absolutely nothing for anyone.

The right place for a union to discuss a TA will always be amongst themselves before voting on it, and not a single outside person needs to chime in, guess, speculate, or act like they're in the know like you did. That's why I was harsh. I'm sorry for that, but that makes anyone look bad. And it does not help any significant, informed discussion.

We'll sort this out, y'all. And then it will be public, and there'll be much rejoicing.

This second half of your sentence is horsedoo, and you've been off the mark the whole thread. Stop it, please.

Pay increase is quite significant, though the avenues along which the pay is placed are several. They're not reflected within base pay.

Y'all, just wait for it to come out before getting into too much speculation, please. This discussion does absolutely nothing and is a tremendous waste of everyone's time.

We'll vote soon and when whatever agreement is passed is passed, we'll share. I can tell you that, as things stand in regard to compensation, our OAL union brethren and sistren would like the news and their management would likely not.

People are allowed to speculate and discuss what they think on a forum. even if you don't not agree with their statement let's not put them down like that....

It’s not misinformation though. I have the TA and read through it. Everyone at my shop (a major) was kinda let down on first read, so again that’s why I wanted to post here to see what the super intendants thought of it.

You are correct, this is not a TA. That is a PowerPoint presentation with some highlights from the hypothetical TA that is not complete. And you / a moderator should delete this post immediately.
