Delta hat culture?

Exactly. Hats on NYC pilots is literally the least weird thing on the subway.

Knowing my company, if they made us wear hats they’d be berets or something like that.
Still waiting for the much-vaunted "commuter friendly" design.

Though, for LAX pilots, this would work.

I’m one of the few at my company that wears the blazer and hat. But not during the summer. It’s too hot.
Sorry, but I’m old school. You want to be treated like a professional then dress like a professional.

My old man said to watch out for jobs that had a uniform, hat or name tag.
