ATC in the US pushes tin pretty well without having to do this, doesnt seem to save any time.

You know, I think you got the wrong impression about me. I think in all fairness, I should explain to you exactly what it is that I do. This is my issue with DEI and the mindset it creates. You look at a brown guy, and use the but-for response. “He would not have been hired, but for DEI policies.” That’s fairly racist thinking. Right off the bat, you ignore quals, background, experience, etc.

It’s there for educational purposes, and I don’t expect anyone to waste an hour and a half. Ive already formed my opinion on her, the past two emails she sent solidified the assumptions I had from before. This is just the cherry on top of a mountain of crazy that shouldn’t be flying passengers ever again.
