I don’t want to interfere with the way you prepare but I would have some good thoughts on “Why Endeavor?” “Why will you be a good dispatcher/fit at Endeavor?” “What’s the 1,2,3 rule/does this flight getting in at this time need an alternate with this weather?” Nothing too crazy in depth but they want to see some preparedness and a good reason that you want to be there.

I got an interview invite earlier this week and they said final offers go out Wednesday 15th.
