It finally happened.

The response to this seems somewhat subdued if I’m understanding it all correctly. This is insane. I have to hope that the mainstream reporting will be typically abysmal to the point that the average person still won’t fully grasp what happened here.

ATC: Um, not sure what any of that means, but we are open right now, and uh, remain clear of runway 22, I have landing traffic 13.

The point of the title was as stated. With all the near misses we had lately it seems the inevitable finally happened.

I had no preconceived notions about who was at fault.

It's because only a bunch of rich people with airplanes nearly died. The public doesn't care about boxes or people with money.

Had this been 121, it would have been breaking news on every network, showing what it would have been like if the planes had crashed into a school filled with bunnies.
