Republic Scale

Am I reading this correctly? 22/hr-40/hr? If so, thats very commendable for a regional. Caps higher than supps who fly big planes long distances internationally. Industry is really starting to turn around. Anyone who has additional info on pays/bonuses please provide.

5yr contract just singed. $22/hr starting with a $41.83 cap. They were doing $8k sign-on bonuses for awhile with a 2-year commitment. They have been hiring non-certified people and paying them $15 an hour to get their ADX certification through Jeppesen. I heard in the grapevine they're looking to hire here shortly for people with certifications. Whether there will be a bonus affiliated i'm unsure...

They definitely are hiring for those with certs, even if you're not done with class yet (as long as you will be soon). Interview offers are going out now, in fact. Class start date is early January, so it's a quick turnaround.

I believe so, but I should clarify that I don't work there - just sharing what I heard through the grapevine.

you have to be there at aleast one year before you can work from home and approval is on a case by case basis

I doubt it. Likely the length of the contract before renegotiations by the company must begin. Most are 10-14 year scales.

see thats what i wanna know. sadly i'd take quite the pay dip if i went republic even though i have experience already, but knowing regionals like this one are working to make their departments more sustainable- that's a good feeling
