2 year LOA that brings first year fo’s to $90 hr and captains to $146. Five year captauns thst haven’t flowed go to step 20 on the pay scale which is $213 an hour.

now it really begs the question as to the point of the regionals if they are going to make the equivalent of mainline pay for their airplane?

A pay rate is based on 1 thing and 1 thing only. How easy it is to replace you. If they are having trouble with retention and replacement? Then someone is absolutely worth that much to that company.
