AA W/O’s get massive pay raise

2 year LOA that brings first year fo’s to $90 hr and captains to $146. Five year captauns thst haven’t flowed go to step 20 on the pay scale which is $213 an hour.

now it really begs the question as to the point of the regionals if they are going to make the equivalent of mainline pay for their airplane?

Because as soon as demand drops and/or we have the next recession the pay will be cut again?
 
So mainline has somewhere to flow back to and displace the peasants there, if the economy requires it.

I see both Envoy and Piedmont putting up the big deals. Anything from PSA?

What does this do to the rest of the regionals? I think DAL will probably open their wallets to prop up EDV, and SKW will probably match, but the others might just be toast. Any thoughts?
