SNA Shutdown

I don't get what only fans is deciding to eventually cut their revenue down to a handful of people paying to see non-porn that can already be seen free on Instagram. There has to be more to the story like minors sneaking in or something.

I read that there's an issue with credit card companies. I read an article and it suggested that the new terms could allow nudes. Maybe artsy nudes will be okay.

What is with the high horse of these Credit Card Companies? The streaming sites had to drop huge amounts of content under threat from them, too. Are they run by a church or something?

High horse of credit card companies? Seriously? You mean what is up with these raging liberals in blue states, all of whom are "her body, her choice!" liberals but when it comes to her deciding maybe she wants to get money for sex, suddenly that's not a good thing, immoral, and is illegal.

Maybe ask yourself why my (pre-pandemic) flights on Fridays from LAX to LAS were full of, um, 'working' ladies who would be returning on LAS-LAX flights on Sundays.

So...you think "raging liberals" are behind this? Ok. You're right. I wish we could all see sex workers through the eyes of "raging conservatives".

It isn't a high horse on behalf on any particular political party, but rather international law. As I understand it, OF is world wide and has to comply with potentially 195 difference finance/ morale laws with regard to nudity for hire... they decided to drop that "side" of the business rather than getting tied up with 195 different ways to profit off of the product.

We are much better at wild-ass guesses about crashes. Maybe not, if somebody says "Vmc roll" one more time I'm going to take a hostage.

Oh no. They may have to actually work for a living. Good news is, no shortage of legitimate jobs out there.

inthink they’re protecting themselves from what happened to pornhub. Wouldn’t be surprised if they come back with a type of “verified content creator” type thing later

Wait a second... you are pretty much the stereotypical "raging conservative" and you seem to have a problem with it. I'm thinking it's probably much more of a red state position than a blue one. Not a whole lot of commercial adult films being shot in Mississippi or North Dakota (or Florida).

Consensual sex work is "legitimate" work.

The film industry does exist in those states. It not about where it’s shot, more about where it’s watched.

No! Young women are forced into the sex work. One of my IT clients rescues women from the industry. The front door has triple locks to keep the pimps from coming after the women.

They had issues with the streaming sites because of poor oversight over things like underage women and revenge porn. The Church has no issue with these things.

He obviously has personal and cultural issues with sex. I'm guessing that he's pretty conservative (prude). He's said that both he and his wife were virgins on their wedding night. So that is probably a reason that he has issues with women sex workers.
