At least they didn't put the DAL 777 on the article.

Get your apps in, they may not want to hire you, but sometimes you need a few dumb fat bald guys to "round" out the class. If you're smart you probably got a better shot, but you never know what they want that day.
 
I wonder if the “Pilot Shortage” will get so bad that at some point there won’t be any job fair BS. Just apply online to Delta, United, American, Southwest, Hawaiian, and Alaska, and within 2 weeks at least three carriers email back for an interview.

Not going to happen. The Colgan families are politically active. They have been front and center on every proposed change and the politicians won’t touch that with a 30 meter cattle prod.

Feds can’t make any changes unilaterally because it was an act of Congress that changed it.

Gut feeling thinks it’ll be rolled up on page 1,779 out of 3,000 pages of a bill Congress will have 6 days to read. ;)
