It's taken me about 5 minutes of searching, I'm not going to publish your "company's" financials, but lets just say Warren Buffet isn't going to be knocking at your door.

If you think whatever you've found is accurate, that's hilarious. It's also hilarious that you think one of my companies represents my net worth (although I suspect that company alone values higher than yours).

The Yelp reviews are fantastic, but frankly, having dealt with various management companies (and dealing with one now, I love my HOA, yes, I do, so much), they all seem to be the same.

We take a "f--- Yelp" stance, as we believe that Yelp is essentially an organized extortion racket. Check out the documentary "Billion Dollar Bully." We don't participate. Our Google reviews are far more representative, as we actively encourage our clients and customers to post reviews there. We have a 4.1 star rating there, which is far higher than the industry average (which I agree, is abysmal).

Don't trust the numbers posted online for privately held companies. We don't publish anything so it's a WAG at best. I know what you'll find online for my business is between 25-50% lower than reality depending on which source you use.

Even calling it a WAG is generous. As an LLC, we report to absolutely on one but the IRS. We don't even have a DUNS because we don't have any debt. Any numbers you would find would be pure fiction, whether high or low. And that's true for just about any privately held business.
