I put in for the 1 month LOA. But no luck. Unless they are still processing them. But being as junior as I am in base I am not surprised.

I’m about 22% and should have held one. I think they are still processing them and it sounds like they will do them for May we well. It looks like they crammed this in the last second and had too much going on in such a tight timeframe. As usual....

If you don't mind me asking, what base and equipment are you on? I'm 320 DFW. Bidding 86% in base.

DFW/320. Just switched from I To D. Might have been a mistake if I could of held the leave in I.... we will see when they post them later. I’m sure we will have another chance in May. They will need less pilots once they start cancelling flights more than a day in advance and triple deadheading all over the system to reach a cancelled flight.

It would be nice to get one for May.
 
My home field MZJ is packed with Delta aircraft that arrived here’s few weeks ago, all widebodies. 5 miles south, AVQ, is storing jets for the first time in its history now. It never used to be an airline storage field. About 16 E170/175s so far. Sad sight.

I remember there being a large collection of Beech Starships there before they all were scrapped. These planes might fly out but it isn’t the first time Mariana has been used as a parking lot.
