Podcasts or audio help

I'm going to be in the car for a few hours and wondered if there are any podcasts or audio lessons (or even YouTube videos that I can listen to without having to watch) that can help break down some of the ADX concepts. I'm not sure if it can help or not. Most of what I need help understanding is reading charts. I know you guys say to just straight memorize but my brain doesn't work that way--I've been trying. I need to have at least SOME context.

What do you need to know about charts? Which charts? Any specific questions? What kinds of questions/difficulties/lacunae? Happy to help, but "charts" is a big domain. Can you break it down?

Meanwhile, there's this...

I’m the same way. I needed context, and that’s ok. There are questions on the ADX you need to memorize, but for the vast majority of the questions you can learn the concepts. And you will learn it school. Don’t worry too much and don’t go overboard. If you’re starting school now this is your last chance to relax for a Month. Enjoy it while it lasts.

It might not help you with getting your certificate, but you can listen to my dispatch documentary about 9/11. It's free on Amazon or YouTube. I've been told by a few students it help them understand things a little better, or maybe they were just being nice since I was their examiner LOL

Right now, it feels like everything. The IFR and navigation section is a lot for me to digest. I understand parts of all of the charts but I don't think there's really very many that I understand completely.

The problem is. I have a total of 15 days from when I found out there was an opening in the class to when I have to pass the test. I had only just downloaded the software a day or two before that but hadn't had the chance to play with it yet. Now I can take a later class but I really want to get in as soon as possible. My situation is slightly different because I already work for Piedmont. If I pass the test, then they'll send me to school. So I'm not somebody who can take it after the class starts.
They are not pressuring me to try to get it done in this time period. They just let me know there was a cancellation and I could take the spot if I passed the test in time. They told me if not I could be in the next class no problem. I'm the one who's putting pressure on me to try to finish.
I finally decided though that no matter what I'm going to take the test next week-no matter how underprepared I feel. If I have to take it again in a month or so after being fully prepared and go in the next class, all that I've lost is the registration money. In the grand scheme of things, that's fine.

These won't help that much with dispatch school but there is a lot of good information regarding aviation in general:

Flying and life podcast-
(The only dispatch focused podcast i've found. First few episodes are bad sound quality but they get better over time)

Aviation careers podcast-
(pilot heavy but occasionally has other fields in the podcast)

So, this is a video and not audio help, but I found it today and it's helped me feel a little more confident about reading some of the charts.

Matt and Mattingly's Ice Cream Social

Sounds like it wouldn't have any chart knowledge but it's chart information galore. Every episode is something new, sometimes it's buried a little. Just gotta listen close.

I remember Carl did an episode on Flight Dispatching in the Aviation Careers Podcast rather recently. I myself am currently working on my dispatchers certificate.
