Facing forwards. The lowered roof pictured is the bottom of the flight deck, accessed by ladder. There's a slide up there...

Eh, I made my airplane spotter YouTube debut the other day. It was a wind sheary day and landed a little long.
Hmmmm, just thought of an idea for a new thread in the video section. (It’s gotta be from a spotter and not your bloke on the ground.)

Isn’t touchdown zone defined differently for different airlines? At my regional it was first 1,500 ft. At current shop it’s the first 1/3 of runway or 3,000 ft whichever is less.

I really don't understand the FAA. They will come at an airline for the most trivial and random things but allow this to happen. There are plenty of charterable passenger aircraft out there, no reason to allow waivers for this kind of stuff.
